Baked Blueberry Donuts

Donut you want to have your cake and eat it too?


Well with this dairy free, and no sugar added recipe you can get the best of both worlds!



Ingredients:

1/4th cup of milk of your choice

1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1/4 tsp vanilla

1/3th cup of maple syrup or honey

1/4th cup of oil

1 cup of flour

1 tsp Baking powder

1/2 cup of blueberries


Directions:

Pre-heat over to 250 degree F. Mix moist ingredients in one bowl and mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Slowly combine the two making sure to not over mix. Pour the batter into a a large ziplock bag and cut one of the corners of the bag so there is a hole about 1/4th-1/2 of an inch. Use the bag to pipette the batter into a greased donut baking pan.


Bake in the over for approximately 15-20 minutes. Allow donuts to cool completely before removing them from the pan. Enjoy!


Makes 6-7 donuts.
