5 Ingredient Banana Nut Muffins

Simple, delicious, filling, and fresh! These muffins make a great snack or breakfast.
Banana Nut Breakfast Muffins
Ingredients:
Large ripe banana, mashed
1 cup of quick oats
¼ cut peanut butter
½ cup of walnuts, chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Optional: ¼ cup of chocolate chips; chia seeds; honey
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 350F and line a muffin tin
Mash banana with a fork in a large bowl
Add oats, peanut butter, walnuts, cinnamon, and additional toppings of your choice
Use a cookie scoop to place mixture into lined muffin tin and bake for 15-18 minutes
Allow muffins to cool for 5 minutes and enjoy them warm with an ice coffee or tea!
Yields: 6-7 muffins
